- Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and sales data in the DMS.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare sales, booking, retail, and delivery dashboards.
- Monitor enquiry conversion, test drives, bookings, cancellations, and retail performance.
- Track vehicle inventory, ageing, and stock movement.
- Validate data before management reporting.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Stock teams for accurate information.
- Ensure timely closure of pending records in the DMS.
- Support management with analytical reports for decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of business data. These responsibilities are consistent with common MIS/DMS roles in automobile dealerships, where timely DMS updates, reporting, and data accuracy are core expectations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
