Stipend: ₹10,000 + ₹10,000 Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
Arzon Global Labs is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Pharmacovigilance team. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in drug safety monitoring, adverse event reporting, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate adverse drug reactions (ADR) and other drug safety information
- Collect, review, and process safety data from various sources
- Assist in case processing and safety report documentation
- Maintain accurate records of pharmacovigilance activities
- Support signal detection and risk assessment activities
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and reporting timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for safety data management and reporting
Learning & Growth Opportunities
- Exposure to pharmacovigilance workflows and drug safety operations
- Practical knowledge of ADR reporting and case processing
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
- Development of analytical, documentation, and communication skills
