Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquet events, and outdoor catering functions as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and inform supervisors of any issues.
- Maintain proper grooming, uniform, and professional conduct at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers whenever possible.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
