Job Title: VMC Operator

Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die/related field (mandatory)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience & skills)
Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.
- Ensure correct machine settings, tool selection, and workpiece alignment.
- Perform machining operations, monitor process, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure safe working conditions.
- Maintain quality checks during production to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers for production efficiency.
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in operating and programming VMC machines.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi or relevant controls).
- Ability to read & interpret mechanical drawings and instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
