Job Summary:
The Purchase Officer is responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the timely availability of materials and supplies required for warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, monitoring stock levels, and supporting warehouse management in achieving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procure materials, goods, and services required for warehouse operations.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet operational needs.
3. Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
4. Assist in planning and scheduling purchases to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
5. Conduct quality checks on received goods and report discrepancies.
6. Liaise with warehouse staff to track material usage and requirements.
7. Prepare purchase reports, documentation, and maintain proper records.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
· Min 5 Years of Proven experience in warehouse purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
· Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
