Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to support our sales team in promoting solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential customers, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals looking to build a career in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, and field visits.
Schedule customer meetings and support product presentations.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresher’s or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Prior exposure to the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or EPC industry will be an added advantage.
