- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, staff, and guests.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Uphold security by following procedures and monitoring the logbook.
