Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Recruiter for Rider Onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding riders while ensuring smooth documentation and coordination throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential riders in assigned areas
- Explain company offerings and onboard riders
- Complete documentation and verification process
- Maintain daily reports and track onboarding progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Ensure smooth onboarding and field coordination
- Fluent English communication required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in field recruitment
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Willing to travel within the city
- Very fluent in English communication
