We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving monthly admission targets. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable programs and services.
- Conduct counseling and sales presentations to prospective students and parents.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective sales techniques.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and educational events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, counseling, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
