Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in hospital administration and healthcare HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR function of the hospital, ensuring compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and overall workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Human Resource operations of the hospital.
- Manage recruitment and selection for medical, paramedical, nursing, administrative, and support staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, manpower planning, and workforce deployment.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Conduct HR audits and maintain personnel records and documentation.
- Support department heads in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Monitor employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies when required.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling a workforce of 300+ employees preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and HR reporting systems.
