Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, supporting SEO initiatives, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Assist in creating and scheduling posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
- Write engaging copy for social media, basic blog posts, and newsletter emails.
- Monitor social media handles, respond to user comments/queries, and foster online engagement.
2. Campaign Execution (Paid & Email)
- Help set up and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Support the setup, testing, and sending of email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing assets.
3. SEO & Website Updates
- Assist with basic keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.
- Update landing page copy and blog content using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, clicks, impressions, engagement).
- Pull periodic reports using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native platform insights to measure campaign ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 06 to 2 years in digital marketing, social media management, or a relevant internship.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with good copywriting ability.
Basic Tech Tools: Familiarity with social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic tools like Google Docs/Excel.
Mindset: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), SEO basics, or Google/Meta Ads platforms.
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva or basic Photoshop.
- Google Ads or Digital Marketing Certifications.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
