About the Role
CHUB WOW World is looking for energetic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our Higher Education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, presenting suitable academic programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-centric approach. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact, qualify, and nurture prospective student leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Present educational programs, admission services, and career opportunities effectively.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize admission conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion, admission, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Resolve student queries regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission journey.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, education fairs, and lead generation activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Relationship Management, Education Sales, or EdTech.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Higher Education or the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
