Position: Junior Engineer – Maintenance
Role Summary: Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting machinery, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth production operations with minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.
Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Basic knowledge of PLC, motors, sensors, and automation systems (preferred).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
Location: As per company requirement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
