About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and committed Senior Safety Officer to join our Manufacturing Unit. While the designation is Senior Safety Officer, we are open to hiring motivated junior professionals with 1–2 years of experience who demonstrate strong learning ability, ownership, and commitment to workplace safety.
Ex-Forces personnel with relevant safety knowledge and discipline are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct daily safety inspections across the manufacturing facility.
- Monitor safe work practices and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and first-aid arrangements.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance within the plant.
- Assist in implementing EHS initiatives and continuous safety improvements.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and HR teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Eligibility
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or equivalent preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process plant safety.
- Knowledge of EHS practices, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
