We are looking for a results-driven Ad Expert / Performance Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai who understands digital advertising, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and growth strategy.

Your Role
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs like ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR, and conversions
- Build and test audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and funnels
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, copies, and campaign assets
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising strategies
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Mumbai
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and retargeting
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented mindset
