About the Role
KNS Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Safety Engineer to join our team for a prestigious Reliance project at Sapar, Jamnagar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HVAC project safety management and be well-versed with industrial safety standards, site safety practices, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at the project site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor HVAC installation activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
- Identify unsafe conditions and practices and take corrective actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, permits, and incident records.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and client representatives regarding safety matters.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with Reliance safety standards and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC project safety management.
- Mandatory experience in HVAC projects.
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, work permits, and hazard identification.
- Familiarity with Reliance safety standards will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle site safety responsibilities efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant HVAC safety experience.
✔ Candidates must be from Gujarat only.
✔ Immediate joiners preferred.
✔ Prior experience in HVAC installation/construction projects is mandatory.
