Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our Tiles & Marble Trading Company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory-related accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GST reconciliations.
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
- Manage PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliance activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
- Maintain inventory and stock accounting records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and compliance documents.
- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Experience in Trading Industry accounting preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock accounting.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in Tiles, Marble, Building Materials, Trading, or Distribution industry preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
