We are seeking passionate and qualified Assistant Professors to join our academic team. The ideal candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Hotel Management, industry exposure, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Candidates with prior teaching experience and hands-on experience in the hospitality industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Hotel Management and Hospitality-related subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and practical learning activities.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support curriculum development and academic activities of the institution.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and institutional events.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into teaching practices.
- Maintain academic records and ensure adherence to institutional policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BHM or B.Sc. in Hospitality Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Management as a Tutor or relevant teaching experience.
- Age: 25–40 years.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior teaching experience in Hotel Management institutions.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
- Good organizational and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic documentation.
