We are urgently looking for a Data Entry Specialist with 3–4 years of relevant experience in handling government data entry and document scanning projects across districts in Odisha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team engaged in data entry and document scanning activities
- Ensure accurate digitization of government records and documents
- Monitor daily operations and maintain productivity standards.
- Coordinate with government/client officials at project sites.
- Estimating the cost of manpower and machine.of the project.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and confidentiality of records.
- Generate and maintain reports on work progress and team performance.
- Resolve operational issues at Site level.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 3–4 years in data entry/scanning projects, preferably with government organizations
Education: Graduation
Skills Required:
Team handling and supervision skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, scanning tools, data management systems)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
