Primary Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience with Airflow Admin

3+ years of proven Unix/Window Administration experience
-
Experience working with Kubernetes and managing Kubernetes Clusters
-
Experience using enterprise-approved AI assistants/tools to improve operational workflows (e.g.,incident triage, documentation, troubleshooting) with appropriate human review
-
Kubernetes Cluster Administration
-
Knowledge of, or experience with traditional command line scripting languages
-
Solid System Administration capabilities on Windows/Linux/AIX Operation Systems
-
Software packaging and deployment tools such as rpm/deb/aix-tools/.tgz/make etc.

Proven skills on Python

Proven advanced communication skills both verbal and written

Proven ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with scripting languages - Shell & Python

Experience creating automation that incorporates AI-assisted summarization/classification (e.g., ticket routing suggestions, incident summary drafts), with controls and human approval gates

Experience prototyping and performance tuning applications deployed across multiple operating systems, languages and computing platforms

Knowledge of ITIL

Knowledge of Agile project Methodologies

Knowledge of, or experience with ServiceNow

Proven to be detail oriented
