IN-STORE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
India's No.1 Standard Fireworks Direct Sales Associate looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-friendly In-Store Operations Executive to manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth customer service and store operations.
The role involves assisting customers, handling product enquiries, supporting billing activities, maintaining product displays, coordinating stock movement, keeping the store organized and supporting the overall daily operations of the store.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge and the ability to work responsibly as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and politely
- Support the billing and invoice process
- Arrange and maintain products in the store
- Check product availability and coordinate with the store team regarding stock
- Assist in stock receiving, counting and basic stock management
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly
- Coordinate with customers and other store staff for smooth order processing
- Assist with packing and handing over customer orders as required
- Maintain basic store records and operational information
- Handle day-to-day store activities responsibly
- Follow company procedures and store safety guidelines
- Support the team during busy periods, weekends and seasonal demand
Candidate Profile
