Key Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements and prepare test cases.
- Execute manual and/or automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
- Prepare detailed test reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
- Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on usability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
- Understanding of manual testing and bug lifecycle.
- Familiarity with testing tools (if any).
- Knowledge of basic programming concepts (Java/Python/Embedded systems – preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or project experience in software testing.
- Knowledge of embedded systems testing.
- Basic understanding of automation tools.
