We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist with 6 to 9 years of experience to manage HR operations, oversee onboarding processes, support talent acquisition, and handle day-to-day employee processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR functions and fostering a positive work environment.
Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- -Manage and execute HR operations efficiently to support organizational goals.
- -Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration.
- -Assist in talent acquisition activities including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- -Handle day-to-day employee processes such as attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR queries.
- -Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- -Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- -Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- -Minimum 6 years and maximum 9 years of relevant HR experience.
- -Strong knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee process management.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- -Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
