Ice Cream Sales Executive
Responsibilities - Welcome customers and provide friendly, polite service. - Take customer orders and handle billing/POS transactions. - Serve ice cream, kulfi, desserts, milkshakes, falooda and other menu items as per company standards.
Follow the SOP for preparing Milkshake, Falooda and Waffles
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, counter, equipment, working counter.
Handle and maintain freezers, refrigerators, and other store equipment properly.
Check product stock and inform the manager when items are running low.
Receive stock and arrange products properly using FIFO procedures where applicable.
Ensure proper food handling and maintain personal hygiene.
Assist in opening and closing the store.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Support promotional activities and encourage customers to try new products.
Ensure cash, billing, and daily sales procedures are followed correctly.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bakery, ice cream shop, or retail store is an advantage, but freshers can also apply. Good communication and customer service skills. - Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash is preferred.
Neat appearance and good personal hygiene. - Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Responsible, punctual, honest, and willing to learn.
Salary & Benefits - Salary: Based on experience and performance.
Training will be provided. - Performance incentives will be provided.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
