About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with 2–5 years of experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working with front-end and back-end technologies, CMS platforms, databases, APIs, and modern development frameworks. You will be responsible for building high-performance websites and applications for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-focused websites
- Convert design files into functional web pages
- Develop custom features and functionalities based on project requirements
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and application issues
- Manage website migrations, hosting environments, and deployments
- Implement technical SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals improvements
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and project managers
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards
- Maintain website security, backups, updates, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in web development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Experience with WordPress development, custom themes, and plugin customization
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and Angular
- Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, and CodeIgniter
- Familiarity with Python, Django, Flask, or similar backend frameworks
- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, and responsive design principles
- Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
- Understanding of website security, optimization, and performance improvements
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, and version control workflows
- Knowledge of hosting environments including cPanel, Plesk, VPS, AWS, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare
- Familiarity with database management using MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
