Graduate Trainee / Management Trainee – Multiple Departments
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Engineering Graduates (Freshers) to join our organization across multiple departments including Sales, Service, Production and Human Resources.
Selected candidates will be placed in suitable roles based on their skills Knowledge and interview performance.
Available Functional Areas;
1. Sales / Business Development
- Client interaction and coordination
- Support in sales operations and reporting
- Market visits if required
2. Service ( After sales service )
- Customer support and technical assistance
- Troubleshooting product/service issues
- Field/service coordination
3. Production / Operations
- Support in manufacturing/production activities
- Quality checks and process monitoring
- Coordination with production team
4. HR / Admin (Trainee Role)
- Support in recruitment coordination
- Maintaining employee records
- Administrative support tasks
Required Skills
- Basic technical understanding (engineering background)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Eligibility:
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
- Year of passing: 2023–2026 (Freshers)
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
