Hiring: HRO – Learning & Development (English)
We are currently hiring for the HRO – Learning & Development (English) profile for one of our renowned clients in Bangalore.
Location: Bangalore
Band: BPO 1 / BPO 2 / BPO 3
Strong English communication skills are mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.
- Coordinate learning activities and training administration.
- Manage training nominations, learning records, completion tracking, and related documentation.
- Maintain accuracy in reports, dashboards, and training data.
- Support stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of learning programs.
- Deliver high-quality service for global HR processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
0–4 years of experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, coordination, and process-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations
- Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office and support business requirements
