- Ability to handle challenges in projects especially in vendor development area for Product and Process oriented manufacturing.
- Ability to handle projects right from Raw Material Procurement and cutting, Manufacturing of Precision Parts, Preparation & Development of Manufacturing and Inspection procedures, Critical components manufacturing and supervision, Special processes like Surface treatment, Handling of logistics on daily basic, arrangement of logistics for dispatching of heavy equipment for all customers. Supplying Manpower for execution of Turnkey projects.
Driving the Vendor Development process by understanding the project requirements through Kick off and Design Review meetings, identifying vendors and conducting vendor visits to check capability to deliver products in time, implementing and managing projects to a successful conclusion. Establishing accountability, establishing timelines and establishing goals.
