Skills & Competencies:
Marketing & Business Development
- Promote laboratory testing, calibration, inspection, and quality assurance services
- Identify potential clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, chemicals, Coal, construction and environmental sectors
- Develop marketing strategies to increase laboratory service utilization
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Conduct client meetings to understand testing requirements and quality standards
Proposal, Quotation & Contract Support
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Explain testing scopes, turnaround times, and compliance requirements
- Assist in contract negotiations and service renewals
- Ensure proper documentation and client onboarding
Lab & Regulatory Knowledge
- Promote laboratory accreditations such as ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, etc.
- Educate clients on regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Stay updated with Lab regulations and testing norms
- Support audits and client inspections from a marketing perspective
Coordination with Technical Teams
- Liaise with laboratory analysts, CSC, and technical managers
- Ensure accurate communication of test methods, scope, and limitations
- Coordinate sample collection schedules and service delivery timelines
- Support resolution of customer queries and complaints
Marketing & Sales Skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Lead generation and client management capabilities
- Proposal writing and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
