Wanted Senior Executive - HR with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the hospital sector.
Salary: Rs.25000/- to Rs.30000/-
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary-related activities.
- Handle recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave and employee documentation.
- Handle HR audits and compliance documentation.
- Experience in NABH-accredited healthcare/hospital environment is preferred.
- Coordinate with management and departments for HR-related requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of applicable labour laws.
- NABH experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
