We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Network Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Network & Infrastructure Management
- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
- Support VPN setup and secure remote access solutions.System Administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Manage Windows/Mac systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Perform regular updates, patches, backups, and system health checks.
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity and system problems promptly.
- Maintain IT helpdesk logs and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
Employee Software & HRMS Support
- Manage and support HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka or similar systems).
- Assist employees with login issues, access rights, and system usage.
- Support work-from-home tools such as VPN, remote desktop, collaboration tools, and secure access.
- Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding by configuring employee software access.
IT Vendor Management
- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, AMC, and services.
- Maintain vendor records, contracts, and service schedules.
- Track service requests and ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and cost optimization.
Event IT Support & Travel
- Provide on-site IT support during company events, conferences, and summits.
- Set up and manage event networks, presentation systems, and technical equipment.
- Ensure seamless connectivity, AV setup, and troubleshooting during events.
- Open to travel for event assignments as required.
Security & Compliance
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and best practices.
- Monitor antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security systems.
- Support data backup, recovery, and protection procedures.
Documentation & Asset Management
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and vendor details.
- Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
Soft Skills:
· Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
· Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Good communication and employee support skills.
· Ability to work under pressure during live events.
· Willingness to travel for event support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
