Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive hospital client acquisition across assigned territories. The role involves engaging with hospital leadership, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel and the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new hospital clients within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers, including Hospital Owners, Managing Directors, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Medical Directors, and Purchase Heads.
- Drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to presentations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure.
- Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and value presentations with hospital leadership.
- Develop a strong understanding of each hospital's procurement processes and identify opportunities where Xenerx can add value.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations and client relationship teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

EligibilityEducation
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related specialization) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in science is preferred
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare sales, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Candidates with experience selling to hospitals or healthcare institutions will be given preference.
Travel Requirements
- Extensive field travel is an integral part of this role, multiple territories may be assigned based on business requirements.
- Willingness to travel frequently and spend significant time meeting prospective clients is essential.
