Position: Field Sales Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Engineer to drive sales of marine and industrial engineering products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits and customer meetings.
- Promote company products and engineering solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payment collections.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or related Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial, engineering, or diesel generator sales.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply.
