Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with service requests, bookings, and general queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with Operations and Service Teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
- Provide customers with information about company services and promotions.
- Prepare customer support reports and feedback summaries.
Eligibility
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Client Handling is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- No specific degree is required.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
