We are looking for a customer-focused Support Executive with Implementation experience to assist in deploying software solutions, onboard clients, and provide post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Onboarding
- Assist in software/product implementation for new clients
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and configure the system accordingly
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and onboarding support
Customer Support
- Provide technical and functional support to clients via calls, email, or ticketing systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on client queries
System Configuration
- Configure applications based on client requirements
- Assist in data setup, migration, and validation
- Ensure smooth go-live and transition to support phase
Issue Tracking & Documentation
- Log and track issues using ticketing tools
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team when needed
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction
- Gather feedback and suggest product improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in support, implementation, or customer service role
- Basic understanding of software applications / SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with SQL (basic queries) is a plus
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
