We are in a high-velocity build-and-scale phase with new sites, systems, and teams running in parallel — this is not a steady-state organisation. Role Purpose:
Convert qualified opportunities into new business — owning customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures across cold chain, warehousing, transportation, and blast freezing services.
Candidate should be from Logistics (Ecommerce) industry only.
What You'll Do:
Customer Meetings & Opportunity Conversion
- Meet prospective customers, understand requirements, and conduct site visits — converting qualified leads into active business opportunities
- Own the full customer engagement process — from first contact to opportunity qualification and handoff to proposal stage
- Build and manage relationships with key prospects across target industries — logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, pharma, and food
Proposal, Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Coordinate internal feasibility and commercials, prepare proposals, and handle RFQs with speed and accuracy
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and SLAs with prospective clients — closing deals with strong commercial discipline
- Own the full deal closure process — from term sheet to contract execution — with zero revenue leakage
Revenue Ownership & Pipeline Management
- Own new business revenue targets and personal closure discipline — with full accountability for pipeline health and conversion rates
- Maintain structured follow-up, opportunity tracking, and forecasting — so no deal falls through the cracks
- Report pipeline status, win/loss analysis, and market feedback to leadership — with clear numbers and honest assessments
Requirements:
- 8–12 years in B2B sales or business development — with direct ownership of deal closure, not just lead generation
- Should be from Logistics (E-commerce) Industry
- Sold logistics, warehousing, cold chain, or supply chain services — understands the operational and commercial dynamics of the sector
- Strong proposal and negotiation skills — has personally closed large, multi-year contracts
- Comfortable working directly with CEO and senior leadership — pipeline reviews, revenue reporting, and strategic sales decisions
- Has managed a full sales cycle independently — from prospecting to signed contract
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
