We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing team. The role involves acquiring new clients, opening Demat and Trading Accounts, promoting financial products, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Open Demat and Trading Accounts for customers.
- Promote and sell financial products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Guide clients regarding stock market investments and trading platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain records and update customer information regularly.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of the Stock Market and Financial Markets.
- Knowledge of Trading and Demat Accounts.
- Understanding of NSE, BSE, and SEBI regulations.
- Knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and Mutual Funds.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Sales and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred).
- Freshers with basic market knowledge are welcome.
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
