The incumbent will responsible for ensuring integrity of financial records and reports; deployment and maintenance of strong controls and compliance; facilitating efficient transaction processing; being a partner to the business providing information and analytical support, being accessible and available as a sounding board and raising constructive challenge; close involvement in forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning; influencing behaviours within and outside the finance function for continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:
Financial Accounting and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of all financial accounting records, reconciliations, and group reporting, including the crucial month-end closing process.
Financial Planning and Budget Management: Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets (including Capex), and continuously monitor actual spending against these plans.
Cash and Working Capital Management: Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and effectively manage receivables and inventory to optimize working capital.
Compliance and Audit Management: Ensure strict adherence to all financial processes, internal controls, and tax laws, and manage all internal, external, and tax audits from start to finish.
Operational Business Partnering: Act as a key financial advisor to operational teams, providing essential input, support, and constructive challenges to aid decision-making.
Strategic Financial Influence: Proactively influence behaviors and foster coordinated efforts across functions to ensure alignment with financial objectives and drive overall business growth.
You are:
Professional Accounting Qualification: Possess a recognized professional accounting qualification.
Extensive Post-Qualification Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within Manufacturing MNC environments.
Robust Technical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles complemented by a solid understanding of tax issues.
Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated strong analytical skills coupled with keen commercial awareness.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
