The AR Team Lead will be responsible for oversee the revenue cycle, manage daily insurance follow-ups, and reduce claim denials. They lead a team of AR specialists to accelerate cash flow, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and minimize outstanding unpaid medical claims.
Education : Any Graduation
Experience :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in Medical Billing – Accounts Receivable.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement processes, denial management, and appeals.
- Proficiency in medical billing software, practice management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of payer policies, insurance trends, and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the AR team to achieve collection, productivity, and quality targets.
- Monitor claim follow-up, denial resolution, appeals, and aging reports to maximize reimbursements.
- Coach team members, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with client, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Prepare performance reports, identify process improvements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
