Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with prospective clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support negotiations and deal closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹12,295.73 - ₹40,000.00 per month
