We are looking for fresher/experienced dedicated Optometrist to conduct eye examinations, detect vision issues, and prescribe corrective lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Eye Examination: Perform refraction tests using autorefractor, retinoscopy, trial set
- · Patient Diagnosis: Check visual acuity, color blindness, depth perception, eye muscle coordination
- · Prescription & Dispensing: Prescribe spectacles, contact lenses; explain lens options to patients
- · Screening: Identify early signs of cataract, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy & refer to Ophthalmologist
- · Patient Counseling: Guide patients on eye care, contact lens hygiene, post-LASIK care
- · Records: Maintain patient files in EMR/HMS software accurately
- · Optical Support: Coordinate with sales team for frame selection, lens fitting if in retail setup
- · Compliance: Follow NABH protocols, infection control, and biomedical waste guidelines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
