Job Summary:
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail outlets/showrooms within a designated cluster/region. This role involves driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, implementing company policies, maintaining compliance with gold/jewellery industry standards, and leading store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
· Drive sales targets and profitability for all showrooms within the assigned cluster.
· Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to enhance cluster performance.
2. Operations Management
· Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards across stores.
· Oversee stock management, inventory controls, and gold/jewellery handling procedures.
· Conduct regular audits to maintain quality, purity, and compliance with BIS hallmarking and regulatory standards.
3. People Management
· Lead, guide, and motivate Store Managers and staff across the cluster.
· Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to improve skills and customer service.
· Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, and retention for smooth operations.
4. Customer Experience
· Ensure each showroom provides exceptional customer service and builds long-term relationships.
· Handle escalations related to customer grievances and ensure timely resolutions.
5. Compliance & Security
· Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit norms, and legal regulations related to the jewellery industry.
· Implement strong security protocols for gold, diamonds, and high-value assets.
6. Reporting & MIS
· Analyze sales reports, customer insights, and business performance for decision-making.
· Submit regular performance reports to senior management with improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field.
· 7–10 years of experience in retail management.
· At least 3–5 years in jewellery/gold industry preferred.
· Experience in managing multiple outlets/cluster operation.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
