Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented U.S. Recruiter to join our team in Naroda, Ahmedabad. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a career in staffing within the IT space. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and Account Managers to source, screen, and place qualified consultants for active client requirements across a range of technology disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Support — Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT contract positions across client accounts
- Candidate Sourcing — Utilize job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster), ATS tools, and networking to identify qualified candidates
- Pipeline Management — Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; track submission, interview, and placement status consistently
- Screening & Qualification — Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates on technical background, work authorization, compensation expectations, and availability
- Bench Marketing Support — Coordinate with the bench sales team to match available consultants to open requirements from vendors and direct clients
- Job Order Management — Review and understand client requirements across key technology domains (Java, Python, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.)
- Candidate Engagement — Build relationships with active and passive candidates; maintain regular follow-up to ensure strong placement ratios
- Compliance — Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with EEO guidelines and U.S. employment regulations
- Collaboration — Work closely with Account Managers and Senior Recruiters to align candidate pipelines with client delivery expectations
- Reporting — Participate in weekly performance reviews; track personal KPIs including submittals, interviews, and placements
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent work experience in related feild.
- 0–2 years of recruiting, HR, or staffing industry experience.
- Basic understanding of U.S. work authorizations (H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, USC) and staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099).
- [Required] Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow within the staffing industry
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience in U.S. IT staffing or bench sales operations
- Familiarity with sourcing on Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, or CareerBuilder

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
