Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with 1–3 years of experience creating high-quality technical and marketing content for Blockchain, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and FinTech projects. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create original, SEO-friendly content for company websites, blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and service pages.
Write technical content related to Blockchain & Web3 solutions, cryptocurrency and smart contracts, web development, mobile app development (Android, iOS, cross-platform), FinTech solutions, and AI and emerging technologies.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, designers, and the marketing team to gather technical insights.
Produce engaging content for email campaigns, social media, newsletters, and product launches.
Develop compelling case studies, client success stories, and technical documentation.
Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies.
Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and supports lead generation initiatives.
Proofread and edit content to maintain consistency, clarity, grammar, and brand voice.
Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in an IT services or software development company.
Strong understanding of Blockchain & Web3, FinTech, web development technologies, mobile application development, and APIs, SaaS products, and software development concepts.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical information into user-friendly content.
Experience writing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Familiarity with SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger, Polygon, etc.).
Experience writing whitepapers, technical documentation, and solution briefs.
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Basic understanding of HTML and Markdown.
Experience using AI writing and research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini while maintaining originality and quality.
Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Awareness of generative and answer engine optimization (GEO/AEO), writing content that is structured and citation-friendly for AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, alongside traditional SEO.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
