Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, courteous, and patient-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception and front-desk operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for assisting patients and attendants, managing registrations, appointments, billing coordination, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, admission, discharge, and appointment-related activities.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, insurance, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and front-office documentation.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate OPD appointments and follow-ups.
- Assist with billing and payment-related coordination as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
- Ensure the reception/front-office area is organized and presentable.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Perform other front-office and administrative duties assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare front office or similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital software/HIS will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle patients and attendants calmly and professionally.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a hospital environment.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,126.15 per month
