We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (EA to MD) to provide high-level administrative and coordination support. The ideal candidate should have exposure to the manufacturing industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth execution of business activities.
- Follow up on key projects, production updates, and management tasks.
- Maintain confidential documents and information with professionalism.
- Support management in data analysis, MIS reporting, and operational coordination.
- Assist in organizing meetings, reviews, and plant visits.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle communication on behalf of the MD when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional attitude with high level of confidentiality.
- Exposure to manufacturing operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech Mechanical preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as EA/Coordinator/Management Support role.
- Candidates with manufacturing industry exposure will be preferred.
- Smart, presentable, and detail-oriented professional.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
