POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the internal human resources function at WEE, covering the complete employee life cycle. As HR and People Services is also one of WEE’s client verticals, the role provides the opportunity to contribute to live HR assignments undertaken for our K-12 clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer roll-out
▪ Administer the employee life cycle across onboarding, records management, confirmations and exits
▪ Process monthly payroll and salary calculations in coordination with the finance function
▪ Address staff queries and support employee engagement and day-to-day people matters
▪ Maintain HR documentation, trackers and statutory compliance records
▪ Contribute to live HR assignments with WEE’s K-12 clients
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
▪ 6 months to 2 years of experience in a human resources role
▪ Strong willingness to learn and take on responsibility across functions
▪ High energy, with the ability to manage pace and shifting priorities
▪ Comfortable in client-facing situations, including interactions with school leadership
▪ Clear written and verbal communication skills
▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
▪ Graduation in any stream; MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred
▪ Prior exposure to the education/K-12 sector is desirable, though not essential
END-TO-END HR EXPOSURE
This position offers exposure across the complete human resources function rather than a single specialisation. Within the first year, the incumbent will gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations and HR compliance, working directly with the Co-Founder. The role additionally provides the opportunity to support live client assignments, offering exposure to HR consulting delivery alongside internal people operations.
