We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM/system accurately.
- Follow company SOPs and quality standards during every customer interaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational or international shifts, if required.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a Voice Process, Customer Service, BPO, or Call Centre will be an added advantage.
