Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Window Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure timely, high-quality manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience in work quotations, product costing, inventory management, and purchasing with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Prepare work quotations and product costing.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Plan and execute purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain production, inventory, and purchase records.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and sales departments.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in window, aluminum, uPVC, or fabrication manufacturing.
- Knowledge of work quotations, costing, inventory management, and purchasing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
