- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
- Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain MIS reports.
- Handle document filing, scanning, printing, and record management.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other administrative data.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and payments.
- Assist in preparing reports for management.
- Handle email correspondence and internal communication.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers when required.
- Support HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Operations teams with administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of company documents and information.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,637.80 - ₹15,974.10 per month
